Our starter Italian charm bracelets hold 18 charm links. This size fits the average adult wrist. You can add or remove links to change the fit. Most people use 15 to 18 charms for a comfortable size. Just add or take off links until the bracelet fits the way you like.

As an Italian charm bracelet can hold as many charms as you want, you can also use the charms to make rings, anklets, or longer pieces. It's up to you.
