We offer free delivery on orders over 420 NOK. For orders under 420 NOK, a flat delivery charge of around 60 NOK applies.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends. Also, if you initiate a return, delivery fees are non-refundable.

If you happen to receive your original order after you’ve received your replacement parcel, we kindly ask that you return the original order. You can contact us, and we will send you a returns label so you can send the original parcel back to us free of charge.
