We offer free delivery on orders over 420 NOK. For orders under 420 NOK, a flat delivery charge of around 60 NOK applies.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends. Also, if you initiate a return, delivery fees are non-refundable.
After placing your order, you can expect to receive updates for:
- When we have received your order
- When your order is dispatched
- When you receive your tracking number update

If your order is marked as delivered, but you are unable to locate it, please confirm the delivery address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
If the parcel is marked as delivered and still hasn’t shown up after 3 working days, please let us know here.
If you happen to receive your original order after you’ve received your replacement parcel, we kindly ask that you return the original order. You can contact us, and we will send you a returns label so you can send the original parcel back to us free of charge.
