We offer free shipping on orders over NZ$70. For orders under NZ$70, a flat shipping fee of around NZ$10 applies.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends. Also, if you initiate a return, shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order is marked as delivered, but you are unable to locate it, please confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was sent to the correct address.
If the package is marked as delivered and still hasn’t shown up after 3 business days, please let us know here.
If you happen to receive your original order after you’ve received your replacement package, we kindly ask that you return the original order. You can contact us, and we will send you a return label so you can post the original package back to us free of charge.
