The easiest way to reach us is through the contact form on this page - just fill it in and we'll get back to you. We usually respond within 8 hours, and always within 24 hours. You can also email us directly at support@chericherilady.com. Either way, including your order number helps us resolve your issue faster.
Yes - if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel or modify it for you. Just reach out through the contact form or email us at support@chericherilady.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already shipped, we'll help you through our easy return process once it arrives.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund or gift card is issued. Please remember that shipping times back to us may vary depending on your location and courier. We recommend keeping your tracking information until your return is fully processed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track My Order page - just enter your order number and email address. If you already have a tracking number, you can use that directly to see the latest updates on your delivery.
