Thank you for shopping at chericherilady.com. We hope you love your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items without needing to provide a reason. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within this 14-day window.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in perfect resellable condition.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, simply return it and choose the replacement you want.
What Are My Refund Options?
Refund to Gift Card
Get your refund faster - and with 15% extra value! This is the quickest option. Once your return is processed, you'll receive an email with a digital gift card valid for 12 months. Processing takes about 2-3 business days after your return reaches our warehouse.
Refund to Original Payment Method
Prefer a traditional refund? We've got you covered. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3 business days, and you'll get an email once it's issued. It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@chericherilady.com. Our team will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Sale items marked as Final Sale
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Damaged items (unless previously reported and approved by our support team)
Returns not meeting these conditions will be rejected and destroyed.
Return Costs
Returns are at your own cost, based on your location and courier of choice. We are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items.
Please keep proof of shipment and tracking information - we cannot process returns without it.
Return Processing Time
Once you notify us of your return, we'll begin preparing for it. After your package arrives at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 10 business days. You'll receive an email once your refund or gift card is issued.
