How to Build a Starter Italian Bracelet
A starter Italian bracelet is a row of 18 blank, spring-loaded links in stainless steel. Each link can be swapped for a charm: unhook a blank link and hook the charm in its place. You can do it by hand, but our Italian charm bracelet tool makes it quicker, especially on a new bracelet. Most women wear 16 to 18 links and most men 18 to 20, so add or remove links until it sits right.
