1. Refund to Gift Card
This is the fastest option, and you get 15% extra value. Once your return is processed (usually within 2–3 business days after it reaches our warehouse), you'll receive an email with a digital gift card. The card is valid for 12 months and can be used on any future purchase.

2. Refund to Original Payment Method
Prefer your money back the usual way? No problem. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days and send you a confirmation email. It may take another 2–3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Our team works fast to fulfill orders, so changes are limited once an order is placed. However, if you realize a mistake quickly, we’ll do our best to help.

While we usually can’t change item details or payment methods after checkout, we may be able to update your shipping address or cancel the order entirely — depending on how far along it is in the packaging process.
