I love the charms and the bracelet. I would definitly order from them again.

The bracelet and charms are beautiful. The quality is very good. Communication and shipping were great. The only thing is, I can't seem to add the charms to the bracelet despite numerous attempts :(

Every charm that we bought was perfect but the mistery gift was Broken like the heart of Italy was damaged so It was a little sad because i really liked It but in general everything perfect thanks

The experience was great! The charm selection is unmatched (though I’d love to see more gold options for the silver designs). It was a gift for my sister’s graduation and she absolutely LOVED it, it represented her and what she loves. There was a little problem with the shipping fee that was promptly resolved by the customer service team and the package arrived as said right on time. Overall, it was fantastic!

Everything was in English. It was easy to find different charms in the various categories. I didn't see a gift option to include a card, but that could have been me not you. Communication via email was good. My granddaughter loves her bracelet!
